What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Reception is open 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Arriving late? Tell us your flight and we'll arrange it.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. Send us your flight details when you book, and we'll arrange a pickup from Sayak Airport.
Is breakfast available?
Yes. Our restaurant serves Filipino and Western breakfasts, plus lunch, dinner, fresh juices and cold drinks by the pool.
Do you welcome children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Cots for under-4s are free; extra beds for older children and adults are ₱1,000 per night, on request.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, guests' pets aren't allowed. We do have two friendly residents, Hunter the cat and Sugar the dog, so let us know if you have allergies.
Is there parking?
Yes, free on-site parking for guests, including scooters and motorbikes.
